I truly believe that one of the keys to a healthy lifestyle is to GET UP and GET MOVING every single day! We live in a world of sitting, wether it’s sitting in the car, at a desk, on the couch, etc. we do far too much sitting and far too little moving. Think about it, how much have you actually moved today? Now think about how you could make a small change to your day to accommodate for a little bit more exercise.

This doesn’t have to mean grueling at the gym for hours or starting an intense training program. Yet instead, there are so many small things that we can do such as walk around the neighbourhood, do workout videos in your backyard, garden, give your car a wash, mow the lawn, shovel the snow off of the driveway, hang the clothes on the line outside instead of throwing them into the dryer, etc. There are so many easy ways that you can sneak a little bit more exercise into your day, that don’t cost a thing and will help to improve your overall fitness and lifestyle.

The fitness videos and tips that I have for you all sprout from this mind set and are here to accommodate for your busy and hectic lifestyles. Providing you with quick exercise solutions for all ages and fitness levels, that are equipment free and therefore can be done anytime and anyplace! Of course you can add additional weights to accommodate for your personal fitness level, however I wouldn’t underestimate how challenging body weight can be!
