Here are 10 products to add to your self-care routine that will help you to relax and unwind after a long and stressful day. Taking time for yourself each and every day is very important for helping to keep your mind clear and sharp. This time could be something as quick as a face mask, 2 minute meditation or journalling over morning coffee. No matter how long of short this self-care time is, just make sure that it does exist!
Don’t Just Use One
Sometimes if I’m strapped for time (or insanely tired) I might just use one of these products to help me relax and unwind, but usually I use multiple together to have a full on pamper session. Some of my favourites to combine are a face mask with a bubble bath, sitting on a floor pillow while journalling with a face mask on, or putting on body oil, then sitting for a few minutes with a scented eye pillow on.
