I have naturally really long, blonde, straight hair and am always getting questions about my hair care routine. People want to know how I keep my hair so healthy, what products do I use and what are my secret tips and tricks. To be honest, I just use shampoo and conditioner like everyone else. Yet the key that I have found for keeping my hair strong, shiny, full and overall very health is to maintain a diet that incorporates healthy fats every single day!
In this video I let you guys know the story of how avocados have changed the health of both my hair and nails, and why I eat an avocado every day.
