This lunch or dinner sesame spinach snap pea bowl is perfect for those days when you have no time to make something healthy! It is packed full of fibre, protein, calcium, magnesium and iron. With only 2 simple steps, this recipe takes only 4 minutes to make! This is one of my go-to bowls on hectic days, since I am able to have a healthy meal with a variety of flavours and ingredients, without the hassle of having to take a large amount of time out of my day to make it! These ingredients all travel well and are insanely quick to assemble.
Sesame Spinach Snap Pea BowlPrint This
- Pre-cooked rice (Tilda brand is my favourite)
- Baby spinach
- Babybel cheese
- Fresh sugar snap peas (washed)
- Sesame seeds
- Soy sauce
- Heat the pre-cooked rice in the microwave (according to package instructions), with the baby spinach (to wilt it).
- Top with cheese, peas, sesame seeds & soy sauce.
