Getting tired of your regular workout routine? Need more of a challenge, but don’t know what exercises to do? Try adding a resistance band into your existing routine to tone, challenge and target your desired muscle group. This workout is a combination of fitness exercises that you would have seen in my other videos, but with the addition of a resistance band for added difficulty.
Resistance bands are not only great for those grueling gym sessions. They are also beneficial for: at-home workouts, hotel room workouts, outdoor workouts, etc. since they are lightweight and portable. Resistance bands are one of the easiest way to take your workout routine up a notch, without the addition of large/bulkier weights.
