All that you need to perform this routine is a flat raised surface, such as a chair, park bench, bed, couch, coffee table, etc. Therefore, this is the perfect routine anytime and anywhere, including indoors and outdoors.
I love to perform this routine when I am travelling, since it is perfect for a hotel room. You need very little space and no bulky equipment, only using your body weight throughout the exercises. I also suffer from knee pain and this is why I take specific care to make each of my workout routines knee friendly, for those who also experience knee pain and troubles.
