This equipment-free workout has been designed to strengthen and tone your core in a quick, yet highly intense 5 minutes! Comprised of only 8 exercises, that work a variety of core muscle groups, this workout will help to challenge and shape your core! Push through these exercises giving it your 100% effort, to gain the maximum benefits from this session.
All of the exercises in this routine use your own body weight, therefore this workout can be done literally anywhere! Therefore is perfect for the busy traveller, time crunched moms, workaholics and everyone in-between!
