While on the cleanse I have enjoyed a number of delicious and detoxifying smoothies and have been feeling amazing! This smoothie not only kept hunger away for many hours, but also provided me with a burst of energy bright and early in the morning.
- 1 banana
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries)
- 1/2 cup frozen pitted cherries
- 1 large handful spinach
- 1 tbsp hemp hearts
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp ground flax seeds
- 1/2 cup coconut water
Put all of the ingredients into you blender and blend on high until all chunks disappear, then pour into a glass.
