This DELICIOUS BLEND OF FLAVOURS was the perfect lunch after an incredibly busy morning! The flavours worked wonderfully together and the best part is that it only included all natural and organic ingredients! YUM! It was incredibly simple to make as well!
I am called weird by some for this, but I do not enjoy the typical salad dressings or vinaigrettes so I usually use mashed up avocado as a creamy healthy topping or humus or greek yogurt! Here is one of the avocado “dressings” that I enjoy! Hopefully you will as well, it is very good for you and will leave you satisfied for hours on end.
- romaine lettuce
- sunflower sprouts
- 1 avocado
- raw unsalted sunflower seeds
- onion powder
- garlic powder
For the avocado “dressing” I just mashed up the avocado until smooth and mixed in some garlic and onion powder. Then throw all the other ingredients together in a bowl and top with the avocado mixture. It was AMAZING, and not to mention MUCH HEALTHIER than store bought fat, sugar and salt filled dressings.
