- Romaine Lettuce
- Sprouts
- Canned Tuna
- Grapes
- Sunflower Seeds
- Caesar Dressing
Instructions
AT HOME:
- Add the washed romaine lettuce and sprouts to a bowl.
- Top with avocado, tuna, grapes, sunflower seeds and a small amount of caesar dressing.
ON-THE-GO:
- Pack the washed romaine lettuce, sprouts and grapes into a tupperware.
- Add the tupperware into your lunch bag along with a whole avocado, a can of tuna, a small tupperware of both sunflower seeds and caesar dressing.
