There is nothing quite like cozying up to a nice, warm mug of tea on a chilly fall day! This assortment of the best fall teas (some of my current favourites) will hopefully open your eyes and tastebuds, to a new variety of flavours. This includes calming, soothing, awakening, and cleansing teas to try.
Tea is one of my favourite ways to beat cravings, whether it’s around that 3pm mark or after dinner. I typically have between 1-2 cups per day to distract myself from reaching for something not so healthy, to keep me relaxed and helping to unwind, to get me into a sleepy mood, or to beat bloat.
